Asimismo, le mencionan al intendente Anabalón que “el beneficio que otorga este artículo, deberá ser ejercido dentro de los ciento ochenta días desde la fecha de producida la baja” del trabajador o trabajadora en actividad, y que esto no está siendo cumplido por esta gestión.
Algunos jubilados municipales llevan más de un año en su nueva condición de pasivos sin que tengan novedades al respecto, a pesar de haber cumplido con todos los trámites correspondientes. Por ello, advirtieron que en caso de no obtener respuesta podrían “acudir a las vías administrativas y/o judiciales que correspondan para su concreción”.
