El Ministerio de Seguridad de la Provincia informó que los efectivos de la DDI Pico Truncado y la Sección Canes requisaron una unidad de una empresa de colectivos que cubría el recorrido entre Comodoro Rivadavia y Los Antiguos, y que transportaba a 42 pasajeros.
Mientras realizaban la inspección, uno de los canes detectores de sustancias ilícitas marcó un bolso de mano perteneciente a una mujer, de 47 años, oriunda de Los Antiguos. Al revisar el bolso, descubrieron que la sospechosa llevaba 76,2 gramos de clorhidrato de cocaína.
Ante el hallazgo, se dio intervención a la Sede Fiscal Federal Descentralizada de Caleta Olivia, y con anuencia del Juzgado Federal se procedió a secuestrar la droga más dos pipas y un teléfono celular. Además, las autoridades dispusieron que la mujer establezca domicilio y quede sujeta a las actuaciones judiciales correspondientes.
