La medida fue ordenada por el Juzgado de Instrucción N.º 1 de Pico Truncado, a cargo del Dr. Leonardo Pablo Cimini, con la Secretaría de Instrucción a cargo de la Dra. Lorena González.
Durante el operativo, los investigadores concretaron el secuestro del Chevrolet Celta, que quedó a disposición de la sede judicial interviniente para avanzar con las actuaciones correspondientes.
Asimismo, un hombre mayor de edad, oriundo de Pico Truncado, quedó vinculado a la causa judicial.
