El equipo de Pico Truncado denominado “Viento Sur Lab” que viajó a la capital neuquina está integrado por Rosalía Pirape Cayo, Luz Miño, Ignacio Sueldo Reales, Axel Castro Asencio y Francisco Vas Sandoval, con el acompañamiento de las profesoras Mónica Mereles y Daniela Carral. Los estudiantes truncadenses presentarán en la Copa Robótica Educabot 2026 a Kosten, un robot inspirado en las aves rapaces de Santa Cruz que fue pensado, desarrollado y ensamblado por ellos mismos en el marco de un proyecto sobre energías renovables y medio ambiente.
Los jóvenes del CPES N°14 llegaron a la instancia final luego de alcanzar el primer puesto a nivel local y provincial, con posiciones meritorias en ranking general nacional. Quien resulte ganador en Neuquén de la Copa Robótica Educabot 2026 tendrá la posibilidad de representar a Argentina en el FIRST Global Challenge que se realizará el año próximo en un lugar a confirmar.
